认为图书采购联合招标中联合各方权力权重问题是研究图书采购联合招标的重点之一。通过研究群决策中加权投票情况下的权力分配问题,建立计算不同群体偏好序差异的测度模型,将联合招标各方对投标书商的各种可能选择表示成群体偏好序列,利用欧氏距离公式计算出的排序距离来度量不同群体偏好序的差异,进而求出联合各方的权力权重。
It is considered that the joint weight of all parties in the joint bidding of book procurement is one of the focuses of studying the joint bidding of book procurement. By studying the distribution of power in the case of weighted voting in group decision-making, a measure model for calculating the preference difference of different groups is established.
