依照我们党新农村建设思想的发展脉络,图书馆服务新农村建设大致可以分为四个阶段:萌芽阶段、发展阶段、巩固阶段和提高阶段。每个阶段的时代背景不同,图书馆工作的重心也不一样。全面回顾图书馆服务新农村的历程,总结其各个阶段的状况与问题,有着重要的现实意义。
According to the development context of our party’s new countryside construction thought, the library service new rural construction can be roughly divided into four stages: the embryonic stage, the development stage, the consolidation stage and the promotion stage. The background of each stage has different backgrounds, and the focus of library work is also different. It is of great realistic significance to review the course of library service in new countryside comprehensively and summarize the status and problems of each stage.
