利用正交试验方案,在多功能连续退火模拟器(Multipas)平台上对低碳铝镇静钢板进行了连续退火工艺试验,结合方差分析方法研究了连续退火工艺对低碳铝镇静钢性能的影响。结果表明,在700~720℃之间退火低碳钢板的屈服强度随退火温度的升高而降低;在575~600℃缓冷对低碳钢力学性能有一定影响,过时效温度、快冷温度对力学性能影响不显著。
The orthogonal test was used to test the continuous annealing process of the low carbon aluminum killed steel plate on a multifunctional continuous annealing simulator (Multipass) platform. The influence of the continuous annealing process on the performance of the low carbon aluminum killed steel was studied by ANOVA. The results show that the yield strength of low carbon steel annealed at 700-720 ℃ decreases with the increase of annealing temperature; slow cooling at 575-600 ℃ has some effect on the mechanical properties of low carbon steel, the over aging temperature, fast cooling temperature The mechanical properties have no significant effect.
