中国大多数高职是由中专升格、合并或大专改制而建成的,高职企业改制不能完全照搬本科院校特别是著名大学校办企业的经验,只能走借鉴加创新的路子。本文试对高校及其高职学院校办企业改制过程中面临的问题及建立和完善现代企业制度进行粗浅的探讨,以寻求高职企业改革、发展、管理的对策。
Most of China’s higher vocational colleges were upgraded from mergers or mergers of tertiary institutions. The restructuring of higher vocational schools can not completely copy the experience of undergraduate colleges and universities, especially famous university-run enterprises, and can only learn from and innovate. This paper attempts to discuss the problems faced by colleges and universities and their higher vocational colleges in the process of enterprise restructuring and to discuss the establishment and improvement of modern enterprise system in order to seek the reform, development and management of higher vocational enterprises.
