作为高校从事学生教育和管理工作的政工干部,立足本岗,以实际行动把本职工作做深、做实,做细、做出特色,是保持共产党员先进性具体的、最好的体现。学生的教育和管理工作,既要符合教育规律,更要考虑学生的思想实际和年龄特点;摒弃传统教育中的只考虑我们要教学生什么,而很少考虑学生真正需求什么的思维和做法;针对大学生思想活动的独立性、先进性、多变性和差异性,逐步去建立从学生实际需要去开展学生教育和管
