为探讨肥大细胞与经络现象的关系,本实验对大白鼠足三里穴进行电针刺激后,取穴位处深筋膜、垂体前叶组织和血液,分别制成荧光染色标本、电镜标本和ACTH 放射免疫分析法血浆标本。结果表明:电针可使穴位肥大细胞脱颗粒,垂体ACTH 细胞的结构变得明显活跃,血浆 ACTH 含量升高。向大白鼠腹膜腔内注射色甘酸钠抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒,再行针刺,垂体 ACTH 细胞的结构及血浆 ACTH 含量均有变化但不如单纯电针变化显著。根据本研究提出:电针后肥大细胞脱颗粒与垂体 ACTH 细胞有伴随相应一致变化的新见解。电针——肥大细胞——垂体肾上腺皮质轴与机体的调整作用密切相关,通过经络——神经体液机制来调整机体相应的功能状态。为中医经络气血的物质基础及理论提供了实验形态学的依据。
In order to investigate the relationship between mast cells and meridian phenomenon, in this experiment, after electroacupuncture stimulation at Zusanli Point of rats, the deep fascia, anterior pituitary tissue, and blood were taken at the acupoints. They were made into fluorescent stained specimens, electron microscope specimens, and ACTH radiation. Immunoassay plasma specimens. The results showed that electro-acupuncture could degranulate mast cells, and the structure of pituitary ACTH cells became obviously active, and plasma ACTH content increased. Intraperitoneal injection of cromolyn sodium to rats inhibited mast cell degranulation, and then acupuncture, the structure of pituitary ACTH cells and plasma ACTH content were changed, but not as simple as electro-acupuncture changes. According to this study, there is a new insight that mast cell degranulation after electroacupuncture and pituitary ACTH cells are accompanied by correspondingly consistent changes. Electroacupuncture - mast cells - pituitary adrenal cortical axis is closely related to the adjustment of the body, through the meridian - neurohumoral mechanisms to adjust the body’s corresponding functional status. It provides the experimental morphological basis for the material basis and theory of traditional Chinese medicine meridians and blood.
