附子的药理研究报告大都是报道乌头碱系生物碱的作用,评价炮附子药效的药理学报道极少。因此,本文从炮附子用于神经痛、风湿病等炎症性疾病的治疗剂出发,讨论中国产炮附子的热水提取物对大鼠佐剂诱导的关节炎的影响。以多种实验模型对炮附子热水提取物(A-ext)的抗炎活性进行了研究。从注射佐剂之日或注射佐剂后5d,连续服用A-ext,对大鼠由佐剂引起的一级关节炎和二级关节炎有明显的抑制作用。但当注射佐剂后11d,服用A-ext没能减轻足肿胀。A-ext不能抑制小鼠由醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增加,而且也不能抑制大鼠由角叉菜胶引起的足肿胀。A-
The pharmacological research reports on aconite are mostly reports on the effects of aconitine alkaloids, and there are few pharmacological journals evaluating the efficacy of artichoke. Therefore, starting from the treatment of Artichthus osmanthus for inflammatory diseases such as neuralgia and rheumatism, this article discusses the effect of hot-water extracts of Artemisia aconiti Lateralis sinensis on adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats. A variety of experimental models were used to study the anti-inflammatory activity of Aconite hot water extract (A-ext). From the day of adjuvant injection or 5 days after adjuvant injection, continuous administration of A-ext significantly inhibited primary arthritis and secondary arthritis caused by adjuvant. However, at 11 days after adjuvant injection, taking A-ext did not reduce foot swelling. A-ext could not inhibit the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice, and it could not inhibit the swelling of rats caused by carrageenan. A-
