Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to strengthen the management of charge fees for product quality certification, standardize fee collection activities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties involved in certification and promote the development of product quality certification. Article 2 These Procedures shall apply to the charging of product quality certification bodies approved by an accreditation body authorized by the product quality supervision and administration department of the State Council.
