延长抗生素眼药水的药效日本田中好文等在金霉素、四圜素和士霉素眼药水中放入丙种维生素,证明可使药效保持至七天左右。用量:每10毫升眼药水用维生素丙50—100毫克;主要作用原理在于维生素丙的还原作用防止了上速抗生素的氧化。关于六合维生素的制造问题卫生部在1958年1月间曾对各省市自治区卫生厅、局发出通知,六合维生素或多种维生素片的生产主要应保证质量。如质量没有问题,有些地区人民需要,仍可生产,但如不能保证质量,仍应停止制造。
