切割管材一般是用手鋸,效率很低,鋸条的消耗量又很大。在这次技术革新中,洪錦心师傅改进成功一种切割管材用的模具,在冲床上一次行程可以同时切下两根不同尺寸的管材,比用手鋸提高效率20多倍。这种模具的結构如图1所示(是切割φ10和φ12紫銅管用的)。利用废鋸条做成的刀片装在冲头上。而冲头又用圓銷同斜楔状的导柱連成一体。导軌由两块组成,用螺絲固定在底座上。夹头A、夹头B(如图2、图3)分别装在导軌上。夹
