我厂柴油机主轴承孔原在美式镗床镗出,精镗时要求孔的光泽度达到▽▽▽7。用如[图一]所示的样板镗刀在刃磨后角时,如留棱边 f 太小,则镗孔发震严重,孔的光洁度达不到图纸要求,且镗刀极易被磨损;留棱边 f 太大,则孔的光洁度常被棱边拉毛。因此,主轴承孔的加工质量问题,很长时期以来没有获得解决。后来车间主任陆志清同志等想出了一种巧妙的磨刀法,终于解决了镗孔发震、光洁度达不到图纸要求、和镗刀极易磨损的关键问题。现在把我们的一些经验介绍出来,供大家参考。一、原理及刃磨方法
