我厂生产的齿轮铣刀,有时在磨孔后,常常发现外径跟内孔不同心,端面偏摆超出了规定公差,直接影响了产品质量。后来经苏联专家的帮助,把磨内孔夹具改用以外径定心的夹具,这样一来,不但消除了这种不良现象,同时也提高了劳动生产率。夹具的构造见图1。1是夹具主体,它的尾部跟机床主轴孔精密配合,并用拉杆2、垫圈3和螺帽4锁紧。5是空心轴,用螺钉6固定在主体1上。在空心轴5上装有弹簧7和夹簧8,并用螺钉9作滑键,以防止夹簧8在夹紧工件时发生转动。10是挡圈,用以防止压紧螺
