In recent years, clinical studies have widely used electrical or magnetic transcortical cortex stimulation (TCS) to induce motor evoked potential (MEP) to understand the pyramidal tract (PT) condition of some neurological diseases. Authors selected 22 patients and 30 healthy volunteers as a control of spinal cord electrophysiological studies using unipolar electrotransport TCS and transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (PSS) technology.
