面对激烈的图书市场竞争,各出版社都在摸索适合本社实际的编辑工作模式,有的尝试项目管理制,有的尝试把编辑分为策划编辑(或叫策划人)和加工编辑(或叫文案编辑),目的都是一个,就是要明确编辑职能,加强策划,提高出版社核心竞争力。人民卫生出版社(以下简称人卫社)在2001—2002年一度尝试将策划编辑与加工编辑分离,2006年人卫社吸取上一次改革的经验教训,再次推行策划编辑与加工编辑分离的改革。我们深刻地感觉到,要实现出版社又好又快地发展,改革和创新编辑工作模式势在必行。
In the face of the fierce competition in the book market, all publishers are exploring suitable for our editorial work model, and some try project management system, and some try to edit the editor into the planning editor (or curator) and processing editor (or Copy editor), the purpose is one, is to clearly define the editorial functions, strengthen planning, improve the core competitiveness of the publishing house. In 2001-2002, People’s Health Publishing House (hereinafter referred to as “People’s Health Agency”) tried to separate the planning editor from the editing editor. In 2006, we learned the lessons of the previous reform and again implemented the reform that separated the planning editor from the editing editor. We deeply feel that in order to realize the sound and rapid development of publishing houses, it is imperative to reform and innovate the editorial work mode.
