Cefpiramide为一新的广谱头孢菌素.本文研究了肾功能正常和不全病人或透析病人的Cefpiramide的药代动力学.并测定了与血清蛋白结合时的血浓度.根据未使用其它抗生素治疗和无头孢菌素过敏史等原则,选取30位志愿者(男16,女14),划分为三组,每组10名.第一组肾功能正常,肌酐清除中(CL_(CR))>80ml/min.第二组为肾功能不全者,CL_(CR)在10～80ml/min之间,第三组为10名长期透析者.志愿者禁食4h后,给予2gCefpiramide静滴30分钟,2h后进餐,于滴注开始后不同时间采集血标本,留取尿液,用高效液相色谱法测定其血、尿浓度.
