2012年5月上旬,江苏省人大常委会丁解民副主任率领执法检查组针对江苏贯彻实施《价格法》和《江苏省价格管理监督条例》情况,赴盐城、常州、镇江等市进行了实地检查。5月16日,省人大常委会第28次会议专门听取、审议了检查组的执法检查报告。中共江苏省委书记、省人大常委会主任罗志军同志指出,检查“一法一条例”是今年省人大常委会监督工作的一个重点。总体上讲,全省“一法一条例”的执行情况是好的,要从推动科学发展、保障改善民生的高度,充分认识做好新形势下价格工作的重要性和紧迫性,并抓紧对江苏省价格管理监督条例进行修订完善。现将江苏省物价局周卫国局长有关“一法一条例”执行情况的讲话摘要刊发,供各地学习参考。
In early May 2012, Ding Jianmin, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee, led the law enforcement inspection team to carry out field inspections in Jiangsu on the implementation of the Price Law and the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Prices in Jiangsu Province. On May 16, the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of Provincial People’s Congress listened to and reviewed the law enforcement inspection report of the inspection team.
