相比其它行业,建筑施工行业的安全事故发生率更高,随着我国城市化建设进程的不断发展,老城区的建筑改造、商业、旅游业、运输业及公共服务业的发展均涉及到建筑施工,而我国的经济发展速度过快,导致建筑行业的安全管理制度不成熟,因此建筑行业的安全事故发生率年年上升。分析建筑施工过程中存在的问题,并提出具体的解决措施,对提高建筑施工现场安全管理的效果有着重要的现实意义。
