观察肾衰冲剂对 5 / 6肾切除 (Platt法 )诱发的慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型的肾脏病理及超微结构 ,并以包醛氧淀粉作对照组。结果表明 ,肾衰冲剂能明显改善肾脏组织结构增加肾小球数量改善肾小管功能 ,提示这可能是肾衰冲剂延缓肾功能衰竭进展的作用机理之一。
Observe the kidney pathology and ultrastructure of kidney failure granules in an animal model of chronic kidney failure induced by 5/6 nephrectomy (Platt method), and use aldehyde-oxygen starch as a control group. The results showed that Renshao Granules can significantly improve the renal tissue structure and increase the number of glomeruli and improve the function of renal tubules, suggesting that this may be one of the mechanisms by which Renshao Granules delay the progression of renal failure.
