:应用阳离子化牛血清白蛋白 (C BSA)制作慢性肾衰 (CRF)动物模型 ,观察抗纤灵冲剂对实验兔的血清肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮 (BUN)、血浆血管紧张素Ⅰ、Ⅱ (AT -Ⅰ、AT -Ⅱ )及内皮素 (ET)的作用 ,并作肾组织形态学观察。结果 :与模型组比较 ,治疗组能明显降低实验兔的Scr、BUN、AT -Ⅰ、AT -Ⅱ、ET(P <0 .0 1) ,同时肾组织结构也有显著的改善。实验证实 ,该方能改善血液动力学 ,从而抑制肾小球硬化 ,延缓慢性肾衰的进程
:Preparation of chronic renal failure (CRF) animal model with cationized bovine serum albumin (C BSA) and observation of serum creatinine (Scr), urea nitrogen (BUN), plasma angiotensin I, II of anti-fibrosis granules in experimental rabbits (AT-I, AT-II) and endothelin (ET) effects, and for renal tissue morphological observation. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the treatment group significantly reduced Scr, BUN, AT-I, AT-II, and ET (P < 0.01) in the experimental rabbits, and the renal tissue structure also showed significant improvement. Experiments confirmed that this side can improve hemodynamics, thereby inhibiting glomerulosclerosis and delaying the progression of chronic renal failure.
