本文研究冻融蟾蜍脑组织药物马勃合剂复苏模型,以及自由基与组织化学变化。实验采用冬眠状态下蟾蜍,随机分为3组(每组10只),实验组(马勃合剂),Ring’s solution组,正常对照组。将实验组蟾蜍整体置于-25℃冰箱内冷冻60min,在蟾蜍冷休克状态下,将其从冰箱内取出。将蟾蜍置于500ml马勃合剂中40℃复温。复温溶液主要成份:(马勃30g,五味子15g,刺五加10g,甘草5g,鸡血藤20g,树舌10g,葡萄糖500ml,甘油20ml)。Ring’s solution 40℃备用。冻融蟾蜍在马勃合剂中1~10min内复苏。Ring’s solution 40℃复温10~20min复苏。速将其开胸,心脏取血测定GSH-PX酶活力和LPO与MDA含量。之后,速将其断头取其脑组织,用冷丙酮固定24h,经组织
This paper studies the model of resuscitation of Freeze-thawed brain tissue with Ma Bo mixture, as well as free radical and histochemical changes. The experiment was performed in a hibernating state and randomly divided into 3 groups (10 in each group), an experimental group (Mabo mixture), a Ring’s solution group, and a normal control group. The whole experimental group was placed in a -25°C freezer for 60 minutes and was removed from the refrigerator under a cold and shock condition. Place the quail in a 500 ml Ma Bo mixture at 40°C to rewarm. The main components of rewarming solution: (Marble 30g, Schisandra 15g, Acanthopanax 10g, licorice 5g, Millettia 20g, tree tongue 10g, glucose 500ml, glycerol 20ml). Ring’s solution 40 °C standby. Freeze-thawing thawing recovered within 1 to 10 minutes of Ma Bo mixture. Ring’s solution 40 °C rewarming 10 ~ 20min recovery. Immediately after opening the chest, heart blood was taken to determine the GSH-PX enzyme activity and LPO and MDA content. After that, the brain tissue was quickly dissected and fixed with cold acetone for 24 hours.
