西洋参为五加科植物西洋参Panax quinquefoli-um L.的干燥根;商品中时常出现用生晒参冒充西洋参的现象。生晒参为五加科植物人参Panax ginsengC.A.Mey.的干燥根。目前比较有效的鉴别方法是薄层色谱法。本文试图探索一种新的简要鉴别方法,现报道如下:1 实验仪器及材料 仪器:UV—1601P紫外分光光度计(日本岛津)。 材料:西洋参Radix Panacis quinquefoli药材对照品,由中国药品生物制品检定所提供。生晒参Radix
American ginseng is the dry root of the American ginseng Panax quinquefoli-um L. of the Araliaceae plant; the phenomenon of using raw ginseng to pretend the American ginseng appears frequently in commercial products. The raw ginseng is a dried root of the Araliaceae ginseng Panax ginseng C.A. Mey. The most effective method of identification at present is thin layer chromatography.
