《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2012-2020年)》提出,人才队伍建设的重要任务是培养一线创新人才和青年科技人才。在措施上重在创新人才培养模式,建立学校教育与实践锻炼相结合,校内、校外交流合作相衔接的培养模式。广播电视编导专业也应该根据自身专业特点,重视校企合作模式,把实践基地的建设与创新型人才培养结合。作者经过前期调研,在原有的校企合作模式上进行改革,探索和研究新的教育改革经验,以期为后续的创新创业教育改革进行铺垫。
“National Medium and Long-term Talents Development Plan (2012-2020)” proposed that the important task of the construction of qualified personnel is to train front-line creative talents and young scientists and technicians. In terms of measures, we should focus on the training mode of innovative talents and establish a training mode that integrates the combination of school education and practical training and exchanges and cooperation within and outside the school. Radio and television director of professional should also be based on their own professional characteristics, emphasis on school-enterprise cooperation model, the practice base construction and innovative talents training. The author through pre-investigation, in the original model of school-enterprise cooperation to explore and explore new educational reform experience, with a view to follow-up innovation and entrepreneurship education reform pave the way.
