当前,长三角地区经济运行正呈现“软着陆”迹象。来自苏浙沪三地统计部门的数据显示,一度高烧的投资、信贷、用地等开始渐归理性。在走向“软着陆”的过程中,长三角地区向来活跃的经济细胞,在谋求当前发展不落伍之时,更为今后发展蓄势积能。每两个开发区就要核减掉1个,前5月固定资产投资增幅比第一季度急速回落10个百分点,4月份银行新增贷款降到近几个月以来最低点。上海市发改委主任祝兆松坦陈,从把握宏观调控的积极因素出发,切实贯彻落实中央宏观调控的各项政策措施,赢得上海经济保持平稳、健康发展的良好态势。

Zhu Zhaosong, director of Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, frankly stated that from the positive factors of macroeconomic regulation and control, all policies and measures implemented by the central macro-control should be earnestly implemented and the good momentum of Shanghai’s economy maintaining a steady and healthy development should be won.
