资本市场的发展需要创新,资本市场的未来在于创新。创新是资本市场的生命线,创新是资本市场永恒的主题。我国二十多年资本市场发展的历史,就是一个不断创新的历史。通过创新,我国资本市场的基础不断整固;通过创新,我国资本市场的法规不断健全。但是,我们也看到,在我国资本市场建设的早期,由于认识不足,对资本市场的制度设计存在诸多缺陷和缺失,一直影响着我国资本市场总体功能的发挥。为了进一步完善我国的资本市场,保障其健康发展,本文就资本市场创新提出几点建议。
The development of capital markets needs innovation. The future of capital markets lies in innovation. Innovation is the lifeblood of capital markets. Innovation is the eternal theme of capital markets. The history of capital market development in more than two decades in our country is a history of continuous innovation. Through innovation, the foundation of China’s capital market has been continuously consolidated. Through innovation, the laws and regulations in our country’s capital markets have been continuously improved. However, we also see that in the early stage of capital market construction in our country, due to lack of understanding, there are many defects and deficiencies in the system design of capital market, which have always affected the overall function of capital market in our country. In order to further improve our country’s capital market and ensure its healthy development, this article puts forward some suggestions on capital market innovation.
