目的:通过对流产妇女外周静脉血及脱膜组织中T细胞、T细胞亚群及NK细胞含量测定,探讨T细胞、T细胞亚群及NK细胞与不明原因早期自然流产的关系。方法:采用流式细胞仪与免疫荧光技术相结合,检测不明原因早期自然流产患者(病例组)和正常妊娠早期妇女(早孕组)外周静脉血及脱膜组织中CD3、CD4、CD8、及NK细胞百分含量。结果:病例组外周静脉血CD3、CD4、CD8、及CD4/CD8的比例分别为(67.11±5.17)%,(35.35±5.26)%,(23.76±4.92)%,(1.49±0.59)%。早孕组分别为(64.45±4.56)%,(36.07±5.78)%,(21.85±3.73)%,(1.53±0.73)%。两组结果分别进行统计学处理(P>0.05),无显著性差异。而病例组外周静脉血及脱膜组织中NK细胞百分含量分别为(8.29±3.12)%,(23.22±3.25)%,早孕组外周静脉血及脱膜组织中NK细胞百分含量分别为(15.16±4.87)%,(38.48±4.71)%,两组结果分别进行统计学处理(P<0.01?,有显著性差异。结论:不明原因早期自然流产患者静脉血及脱膜组织中T细胞、T细胞亚群百分含量与正常妊娠早期妇女相同,而NK细胞对不明原因早期自然流产起到了更为关键的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between T cells, T cell subsets and NK cells and spontaneous abortion of unexplained early stage by detecting the contents of T cells, T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral venous blood and tissue of aborted women. Methods: Flow cytometry and immunofluorescence were used to detect the expressions of CD3, CD4, CD8 and NK in peripheral venous blood of patients with unexplained early spontaneous abortion (case group) and normal pregnant women (early pregnancy group) Cell percentage. Results: The percentage of CD3, CD4, CD8 and CD4 / CD8 in peripheral venous blood was (67.11 ± 5.17)%, (35.35 ± 5.26)%, (23.76 ± 4.92)% and (1.49 ± 0.59)% respectively in the case group. The rates of early pregnancy were (64.45 ± 4.56)%, (36.07 ± 5.78)%, (21.85 ± 3.73)% and (1.53 ± 0.73)%, respectively. Two groups of results were statistically analyzed (P> 0.05), no significant difference. However, the percentages of NK cells in the peripheral venous blood and the stripping tissue in the case group were (8.29 ± 3.12)% and (23.22 ± 3.25)%, respectively. The percentage of NK cells in the peripheral venous blood and the stripping tissue of the early pregnancy group were ( 15.16 ± 4.87)% and (38.48 ± 4.71)%, respectively, the results of two groups were statistically analyzed (P <0.01), there were significant differences.Conclusion: In patients with unexplained spontaneous abortion, the levels of T cells, The percentage of T-cell subsets is the same as that of normal early pregnant women, and NK cells play a more critical role in early spontaneous abortion of unknown cause.
