对35例婴儿肝炎综合征进行临床分析,并报告3例死亡病例。着重讨论猝死原因。认为死亡原因可能与血钙浓度低及肾上腺皮质功能减退有关。并提出患儿面色黄带黑是危重病情的信号。

Thirty-five infants with hepatitis syndrome were analyzed clinically and 3 deaths were reported. Focus on the causes of sudden death. That the cause of death may be associated with low serum calcium and adrenal dysfunction. And put forward yellow color of children with black is a sign of critical illness.
