东北农业大学研制的一种低成本植物抗旱剂通过了由沈阳市科委组织的专家鉴定。此种植物抗旱剂具有保苗、壮苗、增根、抗旱、早熟、防病和增产等作用，可改善种子或植株根系附近的微环境，对土壤环境无毒副作用。项目成果达到国内同类项目领先水平，具有良好的推广价值。
