由于心智模式具有发展和进化的性质,这为个人和组织来优化和完善心智模式提供了可能。本文首先探讨了从个人层面对心智模式进行管理和完善的途径,接着从设计培训课程,建立沟通网络,营建持续学习的氛围等三个方面探讨了在组织中完善分享性心智模式的途径。
Because of the evolving and evolving nature of mental models, this offers the potential for individuals and organizations to optimize and refine mental models. This article first explores ways to manage and improve the mental model from an individual perspective, and then explores the ways to improve the shared mental model in the organization from three aspects: designing training courses, establishing communication networks and building a continuous learning atmosphere.
