糖尿病性视网膜病变的发病机制仍未明确。血凝及血小板功能异常在糖尿病性微血管病变病因学中的作用已受到广泛关注,特别提出与血小板粘附和聚集功能有关的vonwillebrand因子(VWF)可能参与糖尿病性微血管病变的发病过程。目前,国外有关的研究结论仍不完全一致,国内也有了相应研究,本文系统观察了有、无视网膜并发症的Ⅱ型糖尿病病人空腹及运动负荷后血浆VWF水平的变化;并同时测定运动受试者血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅰ(GPI)的分子数,探讨VWF、血小板膜GPI在糖尿病性视网膜病变中的作用。
The pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy remains unclear. The role of hemagglutination and platelet dysfunction in the etiology of diabetic microangiopathy has received widespread attention. In particular, vonwillebrand factor (VWF), which is associated with platelet adhesion and aggregation, may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic microangiopathy. At present, the relevant foreign research conclusions are still not completely consistent with the corresponding research in China. In this paper, we observed the changes of plasma VWF in type 2 diabetic patients with and without retinal complications after fasting and exercise load, Platelet membrane glycoprotein Ⅰ (GPI) molecules to explore the role of VWF, platelet membrane GPI in diabetic retinopathy.
