30年前,改革开放伊始,拍卖对国人来说还是一件闻所未闻的事;20年前,改革开放深入人心,拍卖这一古老的行业得到恢复,重现生机。进入21世纪,随着改革的深入,市场经济的全面深化,拍卖行业遇到的新问题、新情况也在不断增加。2003年8月10日,在中拍协二届六次理事会暨二届七次常务理事会上,中国拍卖行业协会张延华会长,首次前瞻性地对拍卖行业提出了“建立一套成熟的、规范的管理模式,实现标准化管理”的发展目标。5年后的今天,2008年10月8日,全国拍卖标准化技术委员会经国家标准委正式批复成立,标志着拍卖行业标准化工作全面有序展开。
