培养学生的创新意识和实践能力,已成为各国都在关注并努力探索的问题,同时,学会合作也是当今国际社会的共同心声。基础教育肩负着造就适应未来时代需要的创新型人才的重任。为了能培养出适应社会发展的新一代人才,学校教育不但要教给学生各方面的知识,更重要的是,要激励学生自主、合作学习,培养他们学习的能力,为其今后持续不断的发展打下坚实的基础。那么,在小学语文教学中应该如何开展合作学习呢?一、培养学生的合作学习意识对新课程的理念,教师能够接受,但真正落实到课堂上,许多教师仍然按照经验所形成的教学方法进行,很少考虑如何调整教学策略来适应学生,学生在学习上几乎完全“依赖课堂、依赖教师、依赖书本及标准答案、依赖死记硬背”。这样的教育培养出来的学子,自然会缺乏自主性、适应性和创造性。
