人才资源是企业发展最重要的资源,一个企业要兴旺、要发展、要在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,留住人才是关键。为避免人才流失,防止人才过于频繁流动给企业带来的不利影响,就要通过研究分析人才流失的现状,研究、探索新形势下人才管理的措施,防止人才流失,留住人才。因此,这项工作也就成为当前企业人事管理工作中的一项战略性任务。
Talent resources are the most important resources for the development of an enterprise. It is essential for an enterprise to prosper and develop to keep its position invincible in the fierce market competition. In order to avoid the loss of talents and prevent the unfavorable influence caused by over-frequent circulation of talents, we must analyze and study the current situation of brain drain, study and explore the measures of talent management in the new situation so as to prevent brain drain and retain talents. Therefore, this work has also become a strategic task in the current enterprise personnel management.
