民族院校是党和国家为解决我国国内民族问题而建立的综合性普通高校,在办学定位、师生构成、学科建设等多方面都与民族地区经济社会等有着密切联系。就服务民族地区基层干部而言,民族院校也有其独特优势,如专业和学科设置更切合民族地区实际、具备开展民汉双语教学的师资条件、便于落实后勤食宿安排、培训成本较低等。因此,整合民族院校优势资源,找准培训需求定位,探索多元培训途径与方式,与民族地区的产业发展升级、社会经济形势等密切结合,能够突破当前市场化培训产品的均质化特点,使学校干部培训工作深深地融入到民族地区经济社会发展的主战场。
