目的探讨组织多普勒成像(tissue Doppler imaging,TDI)在评价糖尿病伴高血压病患者心功能中的应用价值。方法从江门市新会区人民医院2015年6月-2016年12月收治的糖尿病患者中选取113例进行研究,并根据其是否合并高血压分为两组,A组60例血压正常,B组53例合并高血压,并于同期健康体检者中选取57例作为对照组。三组患者均接受常规二维超声和TDI技术对其心功能进行评价和比较。结果经比较,A组、B组与对照组左右心室的Ea、Aa、Ea/Aa、Sa、IVV、IVA存在显著差异,A组和B组的E/Ea和Tei存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TDI可以对糖尿病患者的心功能进行早期无创评价,能准确反映出高血压对其心功能的影响,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of tissue Doppler imaging (TDI) in the evaluation of cardiac function in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Methods A total of 113 diabetic patients selected from June 2015 to December 2016 in Xinhui District People’s Hospital of Jiangmen City were enrolled and divided into two groups according to whether they had hypertension or not. A group of 60 patients with normotensive and group B Fifty-three patients with hypertension were enrolled, and 57 healthy controls were selected as the control group. Three groups of patients underwent conventional two-dimensional ultrasound and TDI to evaluate their cardiac function and comparison. Results There were significant differences in Ea, Aa, Ea / Aa, Sa, IVV and IVA in group A, group B and control group, E / Ea and Tei in group A and group B were statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion TDI can evaluate the cardiac function of patients with diabetes early noninvasively, accurately reflect the impact of hypertension on its cardiac function, and have high clinical value.
