2010年串列加速器升级工程部承担的14MeV回旋加速器设计、研制工作取得了较大的进展,本文简要介绍其主真空系统的设计。114MeV回旋加速器主真空系统要求主真空室真空度好于1×10-6mbar;主真空室清洁,无污染;自动化程度高,联锁安全可靠;造价低。2设计参考和依据调研和分析了世界上最主要的5家公司生产的和原子能院研制的小型回旋加速器真空系统(共11台)。其研究和分析结果作为14MeV回旋加速器主真空系统优化设计的参考。
In 2010, the design and development work of 14MeV cyclotron, which is undertaken by Tandem Accelerator Upgrade Engineering Department, has made great progress. This article briefly introduces the design of its main vacuum system. 114MeV cyclotron main vacuum system requirements of the main vacuum chamber vacuum better than 1 × 10-6mbar; main vacuum chamber clean, pollution-free; high degree of automation, interlocking safe and reliable; low cost. 2 DESIGN REFERENCE AND BASIS Investigation and analysis of a total of 11 compact cyclotron vacuum systems manufactured by the five major world companies and developed by the Atomic Energy Agency. The results of its research and analysis serve as a reference for optimal design of the main vacuum system of the 14 MeV cyclotron.
