兰州西部摩托旅游运动车友会以其简称“西旅会”(亦谐称“西驴会”),而为甘肃兰州地区摩友所熟知,该组织于2003年由七位俱乐部创始人发起组建,成立至今已达十年,是伴随着西部摩旅的发展而成长起来的一个大型综合性车迷组织。兰州西部摩托旅游运动车友会是以兰州市地区为主的摩托车爱好者的群众性组织。车友会以组织开展摩托车运动、骑游,促进摩托车爱好者的交流,以摩托车自驾为出行方式的非盈利性民间组织。开展各种形式活动,累计参加活动人数近千人,为兰州地区摩托车运动旅游开展,普及推广摩托车文化,贡献自己的力量。
