目的建立化学发光测定多巴胺新方法。方法采用流动注射技术,研究了多巴胺———高锰酸钾体系的化学发光行为。结果方法的检出限为6×109g/ml,线性范围为20×108~80×105g/ml。对40×107g/ml多巴胺进行11次平行测定,相对标准偏差为18%。结论该方法用于药剂中多巴胺含量测定,结果与药典标准方法测得值一致。
Objective To establish a new method for the determination of dopamine by chemiluminescence. Methods Flow injection technique was used to study the chemiluminescence behavior of dopamine-potassium permanganate system. Results The detection limit of the method was 6 × 109g / ml and the linear range was 2.0 × 10880 × 105g / ml. 11 parallel determinations of 4 10 × 10 7g / ml dopamine, the relative standard deviation of 1 8%. Conclusion The method is applied to the determination of dopamine in medicine, and the results are in good agreement with the standard method of Pharmacopoeia.
