目的:观察二十五味珊瑚丸对小鼠外周和中枢疼痛及偏头痛大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的影响。方法:小鼠随机分为8组,连续用药10天后,采用扭体法和热板法检测对小鼠外周和中枢疼痛的影响;大鼠随机分为9组,连续用药10天后,利用硝酸甘油复制偏头痛大鼠模型,观察各组大鼠的行为变化,并采用硝酸还原酶法检测对大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的影响。结果:二十五味珊瑚丸中剂量组(116.77mg/kg)和高剂量组(233.54mg/kg)对小鼠外周疼痛具有镇痛作用,二十五味珊瑚丸中剂量组(116.22mg/kg)和高剂量组(232.44mg/kg)对小鼠中枢疼痛也具有镇痛作用,二十五味珊瑚丸中剂量组(81.22mg/kg)和高剂量组(162.44mg/kg)能够降低偏头痛大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的含量;二十五味珊瑚丸、正天丸和盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊对小鼠外周和中枢疼痛及偏头痛大鼠血浆中NO和NOS的影响的比较没有统计学意义。结论:二十五味珊瑚丸可能通过改善中枢和外周疼痛,降低血浆中NO和NOS的含量而发挥治疗偏头痛的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Twenty-five Reef coral pills on NO and NOS in plasma of peripheral and central pain mice and migraine rats. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into 8 groups. After continuous administration for 10 days, the writhing method and hot plate method were used to detect the effects on peripheral and central pain in mice. The rats were randomly divided into 9 groups. After 10 days of continuous administration, nitroglycerin Migraine rat models were duplicated and the behavioral changes of rats in each group were observed. Twenty - five coral pills medium dose group (116.27mg / kg) and high dose group (232.44mg / kg) also had analgesic effect on central pain in mice. Conclusion: Twenty-five coral pills may play a role in the treatment of migraine by improving the central and peripheral pain and reducing the content of NO and NOS in plasma.
