目的:腺样体切除术中使用电动吸引切割钻或低温等离子手术系统优劣性比较。方法:选择于2006~2009年间行腺样体切除手术的患者58例。随机分为A、B两组,A组使用电动吸引切割钻;B组使用低温等离子手术系统,分别统计两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛感、术后恢复时间等,并进行比较。结果:B组手术较A组手术具有缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,减轻术后疼痛及加快术后恢复等优势。结论:在腺样体切除术中,使用低温等离子手术系统优于使用电动吸引切割钻,但使用电动吸引切割钻费用较少。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the pros and cons of using an electrically driven cutting drill or a low-temperature plasma surgical system for adenoidectomy. Methods: Fifty-eight patients underwent adenoidectomy between 2006 and 2009 were selected. A group was divided into A, B, A group using electric suction cutting drill; B group using low temperature plasma surgical system, respectively, the two groups were operated on time, blood loss, postoperative pain, postoperative recovery time and so on Compare. Results: Compared with group A, operation in group B had the advantages of shortening operation time, reducing intraoperative blood loss, relieving postoperative pain and accelerating postoperative recovery. CONCLUSIONS: In adenoidectomy, the use of a low-temperature plasma surgical system is superior to the use of a motorized suction cut diamond, but the use of a motorized suction cut diamond is less costly.
