企业家群体作为社会的精英,他们的终极目标是什么、永恒的动力是什么,必将深刻影响这个社会的走向。2004年谷歌(Google)公司首次公开募股(IPO)计划的时候,很多华尔街人士感到很生气。因为这家美国的互联网企业,背叛了美国公司“首先关注股东回报和季度收益”的原则,把雇员、经营环境及公司的社会地位看做是与股东利益同等,甚至更加重要的事情。
As the elite of society, what are their ultimate goals and what are the eternal motivators? Entrepreneurial groups will surely have a profound impact on the direction of this society. Many Wall Street people were upset when Google Inc. initial public offering in 2004. Because the U.S. Internet company has betrayed the principle of “focusing first on shareholders ’returns and quarterly earnings” of U.S. companies and regards employees, the business environment and the social status of the company as equal or even more important to shareholders’ interests.
