考核与评价是教学五环节之一,以往的考核我们通常以纸笔性考核为主,学期末通过一张试卷来判定孩子一个学期的学习表现,用一个分数来评定孩子学习的各个方面。这样的评价方式过于单一而片面,无法对学生在学习过程中的情感、态度和价值观有一个综合的考量。针对这一现状,根据低年级孩子的年龄以及认知规律,我在任教的班级中,尝试用多种评价方式记录孩子在学习过程中的真实状态,让评价促进孩子的全面发展。
Assessment and evaluation of teaching one of the five links, the past assessment we usually pen and paper based assessment, the end of the semester by a paper to determine the child’s performance of a semester, with a score to assess all aspects of children’s learning. Such evaluation method is too single and one-sided, and can not have a comprehensive consideration on students’ emotions, attitudes and values in the learning process. In view of this situation, according to the age of lower grade children and the law of cognition, I try to use a variety of evaluation methods to record the true state of children in the learning process in the teaching classes, so that evaluation can promote children’s all-round development.
