采用寿命周期短、繁殖力强的家蝇作为衰老动物模型,观察了家蝇整个生命周期自由基水平的随龄变化,以及7种物质对家蝇寿命和脑内自由基水平的影响。 蝇脑内超氧化物歧化酶的活性和蛋白质含量随龄而明显下降、减少;自由基发光强度和脂褐素的含量则随龄而增加。7种物质有不同程度延长家蝇的寿命,其中如玉米花粉、谷胱甘肽等有明显降低蝇脑自由基发光强度。结果表明:家蝇是一种较好的动物模型,用于研究药物抗衰作用,家蝇的延寿作用与自由基水平下降有明显相关。
Using the housefly with a short life cycle and strong fertility as an aging animal model, the changes in the age of free radicals in the whole life cycle of Musca domestica were observed, and the effects of seven substances on the lifespan and free radical levels in the brain of Musca domestica were observed. The activity and protein content of superoxide dismutase in the brain of the fly significantly decreased with age, while the free radical luminescence intensity and lipofuscin content increased with age. Seven kinds of substances have different degrees to extend the lifespan of Musca domestica, among which corn pollen, glutathione, etc. significantly reduce the free radical luminescence intensity of the fly brain. The results showed that housefly is a good animal model for the study of the anti-aging effect of drugs, and the life-promoting effect of housefly is obviously related to the decrease of free radicals.
