氨基糖甙类抗生素所致的中毒性耳聋为小儿耳聋的重要原因。采用补肾活血通窍方治疗30例患儿,结果63.3%的患儿听力得到改善。动物实验证实该方药能预防氨基糖甙类抗生素对内耳柯替氏器毛细胞的损害,保护动物的听力。
Deafness caused by aminoglycoside antibiotics is an important cause of deafness in children. Treatment of 30 children with Bushen Huoxue Tongyu prescription showed that 63.3% of the children had improved hearing. Animal experiments confirmed that the prescription can prevent aminoglycoside antibiotics from damage to the hair cells of the inner ear and protect the hearing of animals.
