虽然我国政府高度重视大学毕业生自主创业并制订了许多相应的政策,但从全国普通高等院校来看,我国高校大学生创业教育不仅起步晚,而且没有得到重视,还处在“可有可无”、“外热内冷”状态。许多高校特别是高职院校对大学生创业能力及其培养的时代意义还缺乏深入认识,更缺乏相应的培养发展策略,有的学校甚至还没有把大学生创业能力培养的问题提到日常议程上来。
