对学校学生进行有效管理需要根据学生的发展特点来,现在的高职院校的管理体制以及教育对象都和以往有所不同,在新的形势和新的发展下,高职院校的教育管理工作需要作出新的改进以适应当前要求,要用“以人为本”的理念来进行教育管理。本文在高职院校转型的前提下,提出了在高职院校中用“以人为本”理念进行管理。本文对人本管理理念的意义进行了探讨分析并提出了如何实施人本管理的策略。
