以双氯芬酸钠为内标,建立了一种快速、灵敏、准确的分离和测定甘草中甘草次酸和甘草酸的自由溶液毛细管电泳新方法.背景电解质是10 mmol/L硼砂(pH 8.8),分离在5 min内完成.实验证明,所建立的内标法能提高自由溶液毛细管电泳的精密度和定量的准确性.该方法有良好的线性,甘草次酸和甘草酸线性方程的相关系数分别为0.999 6和0.9991.甘草次酸和甘草酸的回收率范围分别为95.6%~100.9%和96.8%~102.9%.该方法被成功地运用于测定甘草根的最佳浸泡和煎煮时间.
A rapid, sensitive, and accurate method for the separation and determination of glycyrrhetinic acid and glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhiza uralensis by capillary electrophoresis in free solution was established with diclofenac sodium as the internal standard. The background electrolyte was 10 mmol/L borax (pH 8.8). Completed in 5 minutes. Experiments show that the established internal standard method can improve the precision and quantitative accuracy of capillary electrophoresis of free solution. The method has good linearity, and the correlation coefficients of the linear equations of glycyrrhetinic acid and glycyrrhizic acid are respectively 0.999 6 and 0.9991 glycyrrhetic acid and glycyrrhizic acid recoveries ranged from 95.6% to 100.9% and 96.8% to 102.9%, respectively. The method was successfully applied to determine the optimum soaking and boiling time of liquorice root.
