今天是祖国的五十华诞。五十年来我们的国家发生了翻天覆地的变化,由一个任人宰割的东亚病夫一跃为东方巨人,屹立在世界之林。祖国的各项建设事业取得了举世瞩目的成就。作为这五十年建设的参与者与目赌者,我感到非常激动和高兴。随着国家的发展变化,我们的税收工作有了长足的进展,今年全国税收收入将突破一万亿,我省也将突破一百亿大关。巨大的税收收入支撑了共和国的建设和发展。作为共和国的聚财人,我感到无比的光荣和自豪。当然,当前我们的国家还有困难,比如国有企业效益不佳,下岗工人增多,财政赤字增大,少数干部为政不廉等等。但这是前进中的困难,是发展中遇到的新问题,形象地讲,国家现在的困难是在商品过剩,粮食储备、外汇储备很多的情况下的困难,与我们在六十年代、七十年代生产力遭到严重破坏、物质严重匮乏情况下的困难有着根本的区别。我们的税收工作也面临着诸多困难,如任务压力大等,但这是在经济、税收高速增长情况下出现的新问题,税收总量还是大幅增加的,这和经济停滞、税源枯竭情况下的困难是两码事。困难、压力大,发展也就快。
