2013年度全国城市公共交通行业专业管理交流活动自2013年5月至10月陆续举办,共安排八个核心模块,十个交流期次。各模块主题依次为:调度管理、运营管理、安全服务管理、公交技术管理、人力资源管理、党支部书记能力提升、工会干部能力提升、领导力提升。交流活动主要涉及公交企业各专业岗位管理技能提升,并围绕当前公交企业关注的热点问题展开讨论,同时结合实地参观考察,更深入探讨城市公共交通的发展趋势,深化对公共交通企业运营管理工作的认识。
2013 annual national city public transport industry professional management exchange activities from May to October 2013 held one after another, arranged a total of eight core modules, ten exchanges. The topics of each module are as follows: schedule management, operation management, safety service management, bus technology management, human resources management, improvement of party branch secretary ability, improvement of trade union cadre ability and leadership improvement. The exchange activities mainly involve the promotion of management skills of various professional posts in public transportation enterprises. The discussions focus on the hot issues that the current public transport enterprises are concerned about. In addition, in conjunction with the field visits and inspections, the exchange activities further explore the development trend of urban public transport, deepen the operation and management of public transport enterprises understanding.
