近年来,我们试用海力特治疗慢性乙肝20例,取得较好的疗效。 一般资料:男14例,女6例;年龄18～59岁,平均34岁。病程0.5～6年,平均2.5年。其中HBsAg、HBeAg和抗-HBC阳性15例,HBsAg、HBeAg阳性2例,HBsAg和抗-HBC阳性3例。慢性活动型肝炎6例,慢性迁延型肝炎14例。另设10例做对照组,年龄16～53岁,平均32岁;病程0.5～8年,平均3年。HBsAg、HBeAg和抗-HBC阳性8例,HBsAg和HBeAg阳性、HBsAg和抗-HBC阳性各1例。慢性活动型肝炎4例,慢性迁延型肝炎6例。
In recent years, we try Hyperthermia treatment of 20 cases of chronic hepatitis B, and achieved good results. General information: 14 males and 6 females; aged 18 to 59 years, mean 34 years. Duration of 0.5-6 years, an average of 2.5 years. HBsAg, HBeAg and anti-HBC positive in 8 cases, HBsAg and HBeAg positive, HBsAg and anti-HBC positive in 1 case. 4 cases of chronic active hepatitis, 6 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis.
