供给侧改革的基本概念供给侧改革是一种寻求经济新增长新动力的新思路,主要强调通过提高社会供给来促进经济增长。对于如何拉动经济增长,需求侧管理与供给侧改革有着截然不同的理念。需求侧管理认为需求不足导致产出下降,所以拉动经济增长需要“刺激政策”(货币和财政政策)
The basic concept of supply-side reform Supply-side reform is a new idea of seeking new impetus to economic growth, with the emphasis on boosting economic growth by increasing social supply. As to how to drive economic growth, demand-side management and supply-side reform have completely different ideas. Demand-side management believes that the lack of demand led to a decline in output, so stimulating economic growth requires “stimulus policy ” (monetary and fiscal policy)
